B Street is a Typography project created at California State University East Bay. My professor assigned the class to create a booklet and explore historical streets during Hayward’s early establishment. She wanted the class to capture photos of signs and monuments and categorize them based on their style of typeface. We had to create a total of 22 pages of all the typefaces we captured and write a brief historical summary of the city of Hayward.
